RAD All in Kit

A full kit to help you roll out your own muscles at home.  It even come with a small book of instructions and tips.

Thera Cane

The Thera Cane is a classic full body tool that is great for getting in deep to all your trigger points, especially on the back and hamstrings. This particular one breaks down into two pieces making it GREAT for travel.

The Stick Travel - Travel Size

The Stick is one of my original favorites!  It works to improve flexibility, aid muscle recovery, & relieve muscle pain. The travel size works best for lower legs and quads.  And, it packs well too, I never travel without it.

High Density Extra Firm Foam Roller

There are many foam rollers on the market but my favorite is a simple high density foam roller.  Great for quads and IT bands and large muscles on the back.

SUREFOOT Foot Rubz Massage Ball

The Rubz ball feels amazing on tired feet.  It's easy to use while sitting on the couch in the evenings.  And, it works great on the hands too!  This is another one of those items that works great for both home and travel.

Yoga Tune Up Balls in Mesh Tote

Why didn't I think of this?  Two simple balls (about the density of tennis balls) that can be used individually or together against a wall or on the floor.  These are perfect for the more pinpointed areas that a broad roller just can't get.  When used together they are great for the muscles along the spine.  Used individually I find they work great for the calves, quads, glutes, hips, sacrum, low back, chest, and shoulders.

Single and Peanut Massage Lacrosse Ball

Just like the yoga tune up balls above, but a higher density for extra pressure.

Cupping Set with PDF Book

You can do cupping at home!  A great way to make space and increase circulation in tight areas.

Natural Calm Magnesium Supplement

I don't take many supplements but this is one I keep with me at all times.  It truly helps to relax your muscles.  Make sure you get the flavored version!

Ancient Minerals Magnesium Spray

A great magnesium option for those that get stomach upsets from the powdered magnesium supplements.  Just spray it on after a shower, easy and relaxing.

Epsoak Epsom Salt

I love a nice warm epsom salt bath to to soak away sore and tired muscles and this is my favorite brand to use.  Drop a few drops of your favorite essential oil in the water for an added relaxing bonus.

Dry Skin Body Brush

Help your skin breathe and get your circulation going with a quick pre-shower exfoliation using a dry brush.  It's both soothing and stimulating at the same time.

Eucalyptus Oil ShowerMist

Bring the spa experience home to your own shower.  A couple sprays of this and you'll be in heaven while also helping to treat respiratory inflammation.

Edens Garden Essential Oil Blends

Essential oil blends are the best way to experience essential oils for the novice user.  They're pre-mixed for specific ailments.  Just breathe and enjoy!

 RENPHO Aromatherapy Diffuser

I have this essential oil diffuser on my nightstand to use when waking in the morning.  It can be programed through an app to use as an alarm clock.  Being woken up by your favorite scents is a great way to start the day.

Relaxing Microwavable Neck Pillow
